Why we built Chummi

Kids want to talk to their friends. Parents want to know who those friends are. Most apps make you choose between the two. Chummi is built so you never have to.

It works like a walkie-talkie: push to talk, send a voice note, share a quick message with the people who matter. The difference is that every single connection is approved by a parent first — no public profiles, no feeds, no strangers, no ads.
